At Angela Didway, we believe you should always know what happens to your data. This document sets out how Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent collects, uses and protects information.
It applies to the app and to any support you receive from us.

Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent works without gathering personal data. Everything you do in the app remains on your device.
The only exception is when you contact us voluntarily — in that case we receive your email address and the content of your message.
The app does not collect special categories of personal data, such as health, biometric or religious information.

We rely on this information:

- To fulfil requirements under applicable law
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes other than those listed above.

Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and it does not use your advertising identifier.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to protect your data.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You are in control of your information. Subject to applicable law, you can:

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Should we learn that we have received personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it without delay.

Welcome to Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Angela Didway regarding your use of the app.
02Your License
Angela Didway grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
03Acceptable Use
When using the app, you agree to the following:
- Do not use the app to harm, harass or impersonate others.
- Do not overload, hack or otherwise harm our infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or resell the app.
- Never use the app to break the law.
04Ownership
All rights, title and interest in Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent remain with Angela Didway. Trademarks and content in the app may not be used without our prior written permission.
05Third-Party Services
The app may integrate third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
06Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access to the app for anyone who breaks these Terms.
07Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angela Didway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
08Disclaimer
Runeshaft: Obsidian Descent is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
10Additional Terms for Apple Devices
These Terms are between you and Angela Didway, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support or any claims relating to it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where relevant.
11Updates
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
